fire and fire-related incidents.
Includes all Federal programs available to
state, local, and tribal governments, U.S. territories and possessions,
public and private profit and nonprofit organizations and other institutions
and individuals.

To access the eGrants system as a NEW USER, local applicants, Indian Tribal
governments, and other eligible not-for-profit organizations that apply
through the State for grants should contact their State for an access code.
State applicants and Federally recognized Indian Tribal governments that
apply directly to FEMA for grants should contact their FEMA Regional office
for their access code.
OMB leads development of governmentwide policy
to assure that grants are managed properly and that Federal dollars are
spent in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
