  Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program The program is designed to assist local fire departments in protecting citizens and firefighters against the effects of fire and fire-related incidents.
  Antiterrorism & Emergency Assistance Program Office For Victims OF Crime (OVC) website.
  Benefits for Individuals at GovBenefits.gov Provides individuals free, confidential help to find government benefits they may be eligible to receive.
  Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance Includes all Federal programs available to state, local, and tribal governments, U.S. territories and possessions, public and private profit and nonprofit organizations and other institutions and individuals.
  Central Contractor Registration Serves as a government-wide registry for vendors doing business with the Federal government.
  COPS Grant Information The COPS Office makes grants to state and local law enforcement agencies.
  Department of Homeland Security - Grants & Training Information on homeland security and public safety grant opportunities offered by agencies across the Federal government.
  Grants.gov For more information on grant opportunities please see www.grants.gov, one of the President's E-Government Initiatives. Grants.gov allows organizations to electronically find and apply for competitive grant opportunities from all Federal grant-making agencies.

To access the eGrants system as a NEW USER, local applicants, Indian Tribal governments, and other eligible not-for-profit organizations that apply through the State for grants should contact their State for an access code.  State applicants and Federally recognized Indian Tribal governments that apply directly to FEMA for grants should contact their FEMA Regional office for their access code. 
  Office of Management & Budget Grant Management (OMB) OMB leads development of governmentwide policy to assure that grants are managed properly and that Federal dollars are spent in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
